I reduced mine by about 90% with the following: 40 drops helichrysum, 30 drops lavender, 20 drops cypress and 10 bergamot or other citrus in 5-6 oz Hand and Body Lotion and about 1 oz filtered water. I put it all in an empty squeeze bottle and apply every morning after my shower. It took about 2 months before I could see a difference and reached the 90% reduction in 4-5 months.
Also, several years ago I gave that formula to an elderly woman who had extremely severe varicose veins. She is very disciplined about using it twice a day and at age 95 has almost healed her legs!
