[Everything doTERRA] Re: Master Cleanse Support

I am not familiar with the cleanse however if you are drinking lemonade, drink it through a straw.  It is the acid that is demineralizing the enamel.    It is best to rinse with water rather than brushing.   Brushing right after exposing the teeth to an acid actually removes enamel.   You can add baking soda and table salt to the rinse to bring up the PH.   Good luck    Pat

I am getting ready to start a master cleanse (the lemonade diet). I loved the way I felt when I have done this in the past, and it really helps with cravings. But after about three days, I noticed that my teeth start to feel soft. Last time I tried brushing my teeth more often and chewing sugar-free gum. This helped, but they still got soft after a while. Does anyone have any ideas on how to protect my teeth?
