I took coriander about 6 to 8 drops in a capsule twice a day. Though I did not have GD when pregnant think this oil really helped. I have history of diabetes on all sides of my family. I have already been on llv for 3 years.
In Stephanie's essential oil book she did have a blend to be taken in a capsule as well as soaked in a tampon. Perhaps do a search to see if it was posted before. On baby duty so book not within reach.
