Your body needs certain nutrients to keep your teeth and bones strong and hard. The nutrients that repair cavities are cod liver oil, vitamin k2, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin d. You can get these nutrients brought food - vitamin k2 is found in pastured eggs, grass fed organ meats and grass fed dairy. The cal-mag-phosphorus can be found in meat stock and bone broth. Of course, you can get your Vitamin D from the sun but it needs to shine on untanned skinning you need to have sunshine which isn't always possible this time of year. We also switched to toothpaste that doesn't contain glycerin. Glycerin coats your teeth so they can't remineralize. It takes scrubbing 32 times in the same place to remove glycerin from your teeth. We use Earthpaste, now but you can make a similar paste from recipes online. In the beginning, we used IPSAB or Ecodent tooth powder
Our family has food allergies and sensitivities so we ate the grass fed meat/organisms pastured eggs but we couldn't do dairy. We supplemented with Solar Cod Liver Oil, Vitamin D3, a good quality cal-mag-phosphorus supplement and Carlson Vitamin k2-mk4. You must have animal fat like grass fed organ meat or good quality cod liver oil for your body to use the other nutrients, especially Vitamin K2-MK4.
I highly recommend reading the Cure Tooth Decay book by Ramiel Nagel. Also, look up Weston A. Price. He discovered the link between lack of tooth decay and nutrition.
It sounds like you have some basic deficiencies if your teeth are going soft that fast.
