Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for almost 3 years. I only ovulate on steroids and clomid. I'm tired of those and want to try something natural. My doctor diagnosed me with slight PCOS, slight endoemeterosis (I haven't had the surgery yet), and irregular or no cycles on my own without taking progesterone. My husband has been tested and his count is a little low. What is the best way to go about doing the essential oils in order to first regulate my body to have a cycle and ovulate and then how to increase mine and my husbands infertility chances?
