I made a roller bottle with 4 myrrh, 5 clove, 5 lemongrass and 4 peppermint and the rest FCO. I rub it on my thyroid am and pm. I'm off my thyroid meds and have been for almost a year. I've also heard DDR Prime is great for hypo thyroid. Just added it to my protocol as well.
