I agree with Becky on the Frankincense on the base (back of neck) but would add Helichrysum  to that also.  I would also put these same oils in back of the ear and down the jawline on both sides.

Since Meniers is usually associated with hypoglycemia I would monitor the diet very carefully. Drink lots of water with lemon and/or grapefruit. OnGuard on the bottom of the feet.

Also if you could find someone to do a lymph massage to get your lymphatic system working well, that would also help.
