I think it means you take it internally at your own risk. :) We had a lovely training with Boyd Truman here in Poland and he said he doesn't really follow those guidelines but we just have to be smart about it. He pointed out that eucalyptus doesn't have the dietary table but it is included in the On Guard blend. He said he takes all of the oils internall (except like Deep Blue and Aromatouch -- oils that are really mainly for skin)
