As has been suggested, frankincense around the eye (carefully), but also check the attached chart for the lymph node areas closest to the face/head and apply frankincense there as well. Note that Immortelle contains frankincense, so that could be used instead, or in addition. Probably apply the oils topically every couple of hours.
