Hi Lisa! If you search the forum you will find a lot of threads and information. After 7 months of trial and error, I perfected with a process using 8 oils that makes a huge difference for me and I have to do it 3xdaily. My Meniere's is 24/7. However, it just happens that this months special of Immotelle is also great for vertigo. You can roll it across the base of the neck, around the ears and down the jaw line. I found that it also works well by rolling in the the palm of my hand and then adding some FCO, mix it up with my finger and then apply it. Helichrysum is magic for tinnitus, I have it in a roller bottle (straight, no FCO) and roll it in front and back of my ear and then roll it inside my ear around the ear canal.
