You might want to try layering DDR prime on the hip over the deep blue to further reduce the pain.

Suggestions here are great. Possibly White Fir instead on Frank. But you have the Frak in your kit. I'd also be taking 3-4d of Frank sublingually and applying Balance on the bottom of the feet and possibly the back of the neck/base of head & behind the ear. Don't underestimate the power of that blend. We just don't heal when we are out if balance. All the oils help with emotion too.

The DDR Prime oil might assist with around the ears also. It keeps working amazing on the thing we try it on.

I'd also be doing Lemon in water and drink plenty of water to flush.
