[Everything doTERRA] Re: New Essential Oil Blend!

I don't know of anyone who was "offended" - but had a number of people in my group totally confused by it.   They didn't know who you guys are, how they got on the list why they were even getting the newsletter in the first place - so it made the hoax topic all the more confusing.   I assume they were added to the newsletter list because they agreed to receive communication from their upline -  I had to do some damage control explaining that.  

But it was clever, for sure...

I've found that IPCs (new ones, in particular) can easily become overwhelmed and confused by getting emails from various upline leaders/lists (especially if they haven't been introduced to that leader or group yet), and it can be a challenge for them to know which communications are important to pay attention to.   Some end up just unsubscribing from EVERYTHING because they feel overwhelmed, leaving them totally out of the loop :(    I think we have to be very careful, and very respectful of their inboxes in order to maintain their trust, respect and attention.
