[Everything doTERRA] Ingredients in YL spikenard & citronella

My son was tested (Meridian Stress) as needing the following essential oils: Spikenard, Citronella, Chamomile Blue, Frankincense & Roman Chamomile.

Are Spikenard & Citronella blends from Young Living, what about Chamomile Blue?  If so, what are the ingredients?

He is 10y, deaf, Sensory Seeker under the umbrella of Sensory Processing Disorder, has autistic characteristics but not autistic (loves water & drains, stims on a few other thinigs), is sometimes very hyper especially when he has SEEN something visually that sets him off (making black marks on white baseboards, spitting on things and watching the spit drip down, the sag on the couch underneath a person sitting on it, etc.). He was also adopted at 2.5y, in orphanage 2y, mom was supposedly an alcoholic.

I've had him tested (Meridian) twice a couple years apart by different testers/doctors and both times anxiety came up.  Could you explain what each of these oils are supposed to help with considering my son's issues. The top issue we struggle with is his hyperactivity (visual stimulants). I'd like to adress the anxiety as well in case it's connected to the visual stimulation.

I've tried Peaceful Child blend, InTune and Balance. They don't seem to help.  I've also used Lavendar several times at church when he was acting up and it made him fall asleep. We've never medicated him but have wondered occasionally if we should when he's really driving us nuts!
