[Everything doTERRA] Oregano verses Antibiotic

Hi friends, I feel like that what all you guys are to me. So this question has been posted before, but I am still not clear on the answer. We all know that Oregano is a powerhouse oil and a must have! We know it kills the bad bacteria. Does it also kill the good? Some say yes, some are saying no. If it kills the bad and the good, what is the difference between using Oregano vs an antibiotic?
I had a pretty awful sinus infection not that long ago. I even posted comments about it. You all answered my post with recipes that helped me get rid of it. Thanks to those who posted!!! It took me forever to get the right one for me, but I was determined to not get on an antibiotic. It probably would have gone away so much faster had I just gone to the doctor, granted it would have cost more too as I do not have health insurance. Anyway, just had a nurse friend, who is using oils, and is sick at the moment, ask me this same question. Whats the difference between antibiotic vs Oregano, and does Oregano kill the good bacteria?
Thanks,
Meag
