My blood pressure is up in spite of using a variety of the oil protocols for this. I have been taking the LLV supplements religiously for over four months. 4-2-2-4 capsules spaced evenly throughout the day and evening. I recently read the following in everythingessential.me:
"My friend spoke to Dr. Hill last night and asked him if the doTerra Life Long Wellness supplements could be making her blood pressure go up. He said yes, that happens to some, and for her to take a 1/2 dose of the Microplex VM and that should address that." So, I just wanted to verify that he really DID say that. If so, perhaps I need to 1/2 the VM part of the supplements. Thank You!--
