For your brother I would suggest PB Assist daily and some FCO with an
oil that he isn't sensitive to. Melaleuca, Helichrysum or Lavender. I
would consider stopping the DDR until the groin issue clears up. There
are a lot of oils in it and it might be causing the issue. Candida is
hard to get rid of and takes a while. I assume he is already dealing
with the diet.

Are they turning black and falling off? Any trauma to the toes? Are the
shoes big enough?
