Can anyone recommend a protocol to assist with flexibility? Both with muscles and joints? I have a friend whose daughter is a gymnast. She's finding that her flexibility when performing, practicing, stretching, etc isn't where it should be. Are there any specific oils that assist with overall flexibility or is this just something she needs to focus on with possibly a yoga regimen? --
