[Everything doTERRA] Contact Management Software

OK, folks! I finally found a program that I like. I used several criteria for it. First, it had to do what I wanted. I needed to be able to track tasks, events, reminders, etc so that no one falls through the cracks. Second, it needed to have all the info I need on contacts: where I found them, where they are at in the process, notes on our conversations and e-mails, etc. Third, it needed to be able to mass e-mail based on groups of people--for example, my Texas peeps, my business builders, customers vs IPCs, everyone, etc. Fourth--and this one was HUGE--it needed to be easy to use. This one turned out to the be the hardest one to find. I found several that are completely customizable, fit the above, but I couldn't do it without tutorials. While it was fairly simple for me to figure out (I'm kind of a geek), the learning curve was too steep. At some point, I'm going to have an assistant, and I don't want to have to spend a lot of time training. So I wanted it simple enough I could do it without the tutorials. doTERRA's new back office will do some of the e-mailing, but only for people who are already IPCs. At any rate--there were a few more factors such as monthly price. The only drawback to this particular program is that it doesn't have an iPhone or Android app, but it can be accessed from the web, so I just have to back door it that way. The app appears to be coming. So I am reporting back! I went through about 11 programs. This is what you do when you can't get your behind in gear to do anything else. :) Importing all my contacts was easy and took just under a minute, so I didn't need to add everyone all over again.

As an aside--please note that I do get a perk if you sign up, but that's not why I'm posting this. Have an awesome day! November is going to rock!
