[Everything doTERRA] Vacinations

Hello all,
I know this page is all about oils, but I thought you all would find
this important. I hope I am not repeating information already given.
Just FYI in CA they are voting so you can not use the personal beliefs
waiver to exempt your child from vac's. It's called AB 2109. The
hearing is this Wed in the CA State Assembly Appropriations Committee.
My sister also took her baby for shots today and saw a note on the
nurses computer. No Consent required for HEP-B
and HPV.
Just thought I'd share.

Can anyone help me with this one?!

I have a guy that has Hep C.  I looked in the book and am going to do research at everythingessential.me.  But in the meantime, do you have any suggestions?

That is how it has always worked for me. I tried my link in 3 different

Hi Stefe,

I'm so sorry I just read your posting today. I have an IPC who lives in

introduce her to other IPCs in the area. Sorry she missed this opportunity.
Do you live in Cape May? If there'll be future events there, please contact

[Everything doTERRA] Re: preferred members...

I want to share that both IPCs AND Preferred Members may join the
Loyalty Rewards Autoship program, earn points and FREE products. The
Loyalty Rewards Autoship program is an option and is NOT required by
either IPC nor Preferred Members. However, Preferred Members are not
able to build under them unless they upgrade to become an IPC, which
they can do at anytime for $25.

Goto your back office and through the Tools from A-Z link you will
find the Preferred Member Program Flyer.

Hope this was helpful.

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Seasonal Allergies

Two of my children have bad allergies and asthma issues. They respond
beautifully to the allergy shot down the spine (lemon, lavender,
peppermint). I do that morning and night and then diffuse the same
oils while they sleep. I have been able to get them off of all their
prescriptions and they are doing great!! Every once in a while my son
still gets itchy red eyes but I put lavender around the bone of his
eyes, not getting too close his eyes, and it fixes him right off. I
am sure other oils work for other people but for them this has been a
huge blessing and it works! :) Good luck!

[Everything doTERRA] Re: UTI & kidney infections

I had one a few months back and I did use lemongrass and rosemary. It
worked great! I was so happy to get relief. I took the drops in
capsules as well as rubbed it on my feet. I did it as soon as I felt
it coming on but I dont know how long she has had it and if it would
make a differnce or not
but they did wonders for me. :)

[Everything doTERRA] Seasonal Allergies

Hi Everyone,
It's me again with seasonal allergies question.

My daughter is suffering from seasonal allergies mainly when she goes
outdoors. Her symtoms are sneezing a lot, ichy red eyes, watery eyes,
and after sneezing a lot she gets conjested.

Also what inhalers do you all recommend? Just the simple plastic ones
with the cotton wick inside?

Thanks

[Everything doTERRA] elderly parent issues

Hi everyone,
So another friend has an elderly parent who has several issues. I
would love to hear what you all would recommend. I did some
recommendations for her based on the Modern Essentials book. But I
would love to hear what the more experienced doTerra users and IPC's
think:)

Details:
Hello, My mother is 86 years old and suffers from arthritis, pinched
nerve pain in her hip, extreme nausea and vomiting, lack of appetite,
and weakness. Also constipation and insomnia. Many of these are side
affects of medications. My first question is what are your
recommendations?

Thanks

[Everything doTERRA] Re: preferred members...

If you sign up people as preferred members you get 10% commission when
ever they order. If they are a IPC I think you only get commission
for the first 60 days, but I could be wrong. So for people not
wanting to commit to autoshipment isn't the only reason, they only
have to pay $10 membership fee for life and if they don't want to do
the business side of things like autoshipment, free oils, sign up
bonus, etc... they just might want to get less of a discount and be a
preferred member.

Again I am fairly new to doTerra, but that is my understanding.

[Everything doTERRA] UTI & kidney infections

Hi
I am fairly new to doTerra and would love to get some help for a
friend.

A friend of mine is having an issue every since having her last
child. She is constantly having UTI's that lead to kidney infections,
which is giving her lower back pains & pain when I urinating.

I looked up kidney and kidney infections and it says lemongrass for
kidneys and rosemary for kidney infections.

Just want to see if anyone had any success with this and what they
used.

Thanks.

[Everything doTERRA] Using My Virtual Office and Not getting credit

Received this today what is going on. Anybody else having problems
with there back office or know what is going on.

I just want to send a friendly caution to you about posting your back
office Doterra Link. I have the sneaking suspicion that it does not
keep track of the purchases that are made through that link and
therefore you will not get credit. There are two people on my team now
that have voiced concerns about not receiving a commission for orders
placed thru the back office link. At first I thought it was simply a
technical error, but after I got wind of the same issue happening to
others, I have serious concerns that it is more than a glitch. Until
the error is fixed I am personally not using that link to conduct any
business. Have a great day

I am hoping to find someone who is holding a class or would hold a
class in Northern Michigan. Specifically near the Indian River area.
It is a small town near Traverse City & Petoskey Michigan. I have a

and she would love to have them go to a class so they can learn about
the oils. I really appreciate any help I can get! Thank you so much!

[Everything doTERRA] Flying to Grand Caynom Island Need Advice!

Ok so never have flown with oils! Researched this group just want to clarify:
1) I am going to take my oils in 5ml bottles put them in a baggy, we are only taking carry on. Is this correct? How many can I bring? What would be the best to have with us! Different Country feel like I wanna have them ALL with me! Don't know what I will need!
2) Next I use the sun screen heli and lav with fco can I take a larger empty bottle to mix when I get there? There are 4 of us so 5ml won't last long!
3) Finally I am going to share with everyone while I am there, so does doTERRA mail there? Can people sign up? Who would I ask?
Thank you all!

Smiles,
Krishna

I got the these as a hostess gift and I like it. At first I didn't because my hair felt so stripped and dry after the shampoo but the conditioner not only smells amazing but is super moisturizing and leaves my hair so soft! Defenitly give it a try.

Yes I have talked to many members of the medical community including doctors.  They are not a lot different than others, of course with the exception of their vast knowledge. Just be plain talking to them. Explain how the oils have been here for our use for thousands of years and only since the 50's have they really been researched in the US. Now there are over 200 hospitals using the oils to control the super bugs such as MRSA, Staph, Cdiff. Tell them about our Physician kit and BRIEFLY explain what each oil in the kit does. And also explain that research that is on going by scientists not affiliated with doTerra.
Offer them this great opportunity to treat their patients naturally, along with their knowledge to diagnose.

Keep it simple,

Pat

[Everything doTERRA] Cooperation Potion

Hi everyone,

I was thinking about making a "cooperation potion" that I could put in
a roller bottle. I want to use it on my kids (younger and teens) and
myself too - I must admit. It would be for when we have yucky jobs to
do and no motivation to do it, or when I ask them to do something and
their natural response is, "I don't want to!" It is more just a fun
thing, but I would like it to have some sort of appropriate oils to
help with motivation and cheerfulness and energy. I don't know enough
yet to concoct it myself, but I thought y'all might have some good
ideas.

Thanks!

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Bedwetting Testimonial Update

Has anyone tried the coriander???  I'm curious just because doTERRA doesn't sell cilantro at this time...

On Saturday, April 14, 2012 10:09:28 AM UTC-6, Alma Lake wrote:
My daughter has had this issue for many years. We have tried many
things getting minimal results. Nothing that helped clear it up
completely.  Someone had posted about their child having heavy metals
in their body and using cilantro for a cleanse.  So glad I read that
on this group.

Gratefully Pat had some she was able to send me. Many thanks Pat.

We started with one drop in a shot class everyday on March 12th.
After two days my daughter did something she has never done since she
was about 4 years old. She in now 11.  She woke up in the middle of
the night. This was amazing because she is difficult to wake. We even
have had sleeps studies done and other brain tests. She proceeded to
wake on her own everyone night for a week. She now wakes up easily in
the morning as well.

We took a break for almost a week as she had caught a sore throat
from her sister. (we all shared a drink with her. Oops!). She started
back up on one drop a day after almost a week. My plan was for her
doing this for three weeks total.  She has two 'accidents' after her
week break time this past month.  Which I think were more from her
staying up to two in the morning and her body still adjusting.  They
were back to back.

We have gone from accidents a couple a times a week to just those two
times.  That is life changing for us. None since then.

The next thing that we have done is to figure out where she is getting
her exposure to these metals. Why detox her if she was going to
continuely be exposed. Here are some things we were able to track
down. First culprit was  Tums. They have a natural occurring small
amount of aluminum. She started taken these around four to help build
up her calcium because of leg pain. She took for a couple of years.
Don't even talk to me about my mommy guilt on that one. She also had a
large amount of fillings around five and six. All have fallen out as
of six months ago. This may have been why we saw a dip and then
improvement in her enuresis. Our cooking pans. We have eliminated
those this past month and only have enamel pans. There are other types
that our good. You will have to research.  Her deodorant.   I just
found out we may have some exposure in our drinking water and possibly
our air on windy days. Some other members of my family maybe having an
overload of metals and we will be detoxing the whole family.

There is a lot of great info out there on heavy metals. How you might
be exposed and symptoms, etc.

From what i found Metals can permanently damage organs. So I think I
will need to have her take some oils to help with healing and repair.
Frankincense pops to mind, not sure what else.  Sugestions are
welcome.

I hope Doterra will bring back cilantro.  It has been an amazing gift
to me and my family. I love the oils!

I will let you know of any more changes and improvements.

My warmest thanks to Pat and all of you who share.

Alma

Unfortunately I am now back home in a different state so muscle
testing isn't an option right now. She is very open to the oils, so
that is a good thing. I will start her with what you suggested Pat.
iamsooty, great idea with the diffuser. I keep hearing about peaceful

Mine renewed when I placed my Loyalty Rewards Order. They just added it to my order following my 1 year mark. And also added the free peppermint to the order. I did not see/know about the charge until I got the confirmation email though.

Deborah,

I too just got the shampoo and conditioner in my last autoship. I was
debating it for quite a while and decided to try it. I have red hair and am
noticing it looking kind of dull and gray-ish at times- don't know if it is
just normal winter dullness, but I don't like it. I don't color my hair and
have been reading about people who use the sanobella hair care saying they
see their color is brighter and gray is fading. I don't know if that is
only for color treated hair, but decided to try.

So far I think I notice it looks brighter and definately healthier...
But I am looking for it too. I do like that you don't need very much to do
the job! I will keep watching to see what happens with my hair as i
continue to use it :)

Great smells to wake up to in the morning too!

Re: [Everything doTERRA] peaceful child blend

That could be true, but if most of us use the oils anyway and we have most of the ingredients. But good for her, for making it up. Look at all the peaceful children?

If it is Deborah G. She says this on her facebook page - giving the recipe out to the world. Also if you google Peaceful Child Blend recipe you get 45,900,000 hits. I'd say it is public domain at this point. I would assume she sells plenty of them to people who don't want to spend $235 to make it. gin

Recipe: The Peaceful Child blend

"Peaceful Child has helped quite a few other people and I do think that this kind of blend needs to be available to everyone, especially to children with special needs and their maxxed-out parents. There are so many children out there suffering with all kinds of mental disabilities and disorders, such as ADHD, Aspburgers, Tourettes, and Autism (they are all related) and most of the medications for these disorders don't really work and have lots of side effects. The parents of these children also suffer. It is really tough to raise these kinds of children andPeaceful Child helps both the parent and child to cope better.

The last I heard, Deborah wasn't giving the recipe out any more and
was selling it herself. Just FYI; you may want to double-check.

Re: [Everything doTERRA] MOOD SWINGS

If the mood swings are hormonal I would suggest Solace, if they are random mood swings then Balance would be the ticket.

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Friend dealing with violent death of husband.

There may not be opportunity to muscle test (especially the daughter
who may reject offers of help right now).
I would suggest supplying a 8hour diffuser. Show the mum know how
easy it is to use. Provide a couple of suitable oils and promise to
check in with them, keeping it low key.
Assure the mum that almost all behaviour and acting out at this early
stage is considered "normal".
Of course we want everyone to be safe, so being mindful for dangerous
and compromising behaviour is appropriate.
I feel that the diffuser is a non-invasive way of supporting the
entire family.

Others will be more experienced than I - but at the appropriate time -
I would suggest ATT session for the mum. You may need to source an
experienced consultant to do this - so that you get to remain in your
role of friend, rather than professional support. (I say this to
protect your friendship - to ensure that if their is a release of
emotion/grief that the consultant is able to remain professional).
Again - take your lead from others more experienced that I, but I
expect that this will not occur too early in the piece - rushing the
grief journey will only complicate it.

My thoughts and prayers are with you as you support your friend.
Remember to use your oils to protect and nourish yourself during this
challenging time.
Regards, Cherylynn

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Fast Start Question

if you guys (in the States) have the same set-up as we do (and I don't
see why it'd be different), there is no need to call, you can look it
up yourself under your Consultant ID link on the detailed genealogy...
