Try patting a drop of Frankincense and on drop Myrrh under your eyes. Rub between your fingers first and put on the eye bone. Don't get too close to your eyes. It really does help.

So...we need an instant oil for puffy black bags under the eyes. Im still using  hemorrhoid cream...I have also suggested one called "oblivion". I don't care  what's in it, I want a gallon.
