I could not sit still and was on the floor sobbing in between pacing. :( Terrible! The chiropractor helps, and I went today, but I sure could have used his services at 3AM! Ugh!!

Riki....for this one you will need someone to help you....the ATT oils on your feet, and then applied to your neck and shoulders with them massaging the neck muscles and down the upper back. Take a capsule of Sandalwood, 12 drops immediately....there is Simply NOTHING for inflammation like Sandalwood!!!!....then roll a large towel up into a roll and place under your neck on your bed or a FLAT surface....apply a cold compress to your forehead and neck (also helps with the inflammation) then RELAX, RELAX, RELAX, and it is VERY Important that you apply POSITIVE AFFIRMATION to this healing process by stating "THIS IS FOR MY HIGHEST AND BEST GOOD" (the more times the better)...My pain is GONE and I am Healthy and Whole. You can try clove. I have that same issue. Nikki Topham has suggested I use clove. It has helped me some. But I can't live without Past Tense. It works the best for me. Chiropractor is helpful as well. I hope you get some relief soon.
