Honestly I don't really know any cons...I LOVE mine and actually have
2 now...use them ALL the time.

I guess if there is a con it might be the light if you were planning
to use it in a bedroom @bedtime and you like it completely dark this
is not going to happen with this diffuser:( There is no controlling
the light switch.

One of the things I love about it is that I can put my water/oils in
it, turn it on and walk away knowing it will shut off by itself in 1
hr and I don't have to worry about turning it off myself...LOVE this
aspect!:)

Best $90 I've spent b/c I honestly use one of mine just about all day
everyday....I just love the way it makes my home smell plus the
soothing sound it makes....
