Hi, Ms. Patricia, are you talking about the slim and sassy oil then added to the empty caps or is it an already made blend in filled caps from doTerra? I just look on my virtual office at doterra and did not see already made up caps from them but I do see the oil itself as I have at home. If it is self made caps: how many drops and do you add anything else to the cap if so, what, please. Thank you in advance.

I have just started a 2nd round of GX assist.  During the first round, the appetite suppression was like nothing else I have ever found.  But, I stopped the GX Assist after 10 days and the hunger and extreme cravings came right back.  I am on day 4 of my second round and once again, starting on day 3 my appetite and cravings are completely under control.  I was wondering if there was a single oil or two that contribute to the appetite suppression and craving control that I could take daily since you should only use GX for 10 days?  Any advise would be much appreciated.
