what is GX assist? I am new to all of this. Does the slim and sassy oil work? or just the gel cap? I have the oil.

But, I stopped the GX Assist after 10 days and the hunger and extreme cravings came right back. I am on day 4 of my second round and once again, starting on day 3 my appetite and cravings are completely under control. I was wondering if there was a single oil or two that contribute to the appetite suppression and craving control that I could take daily since you should only use GX for 10 days?
