Yes, too much of anything is not good. Everything in moderation... Water is good for you to drink but too much you could drown internally.

I spoke to my MD about this very subject. The reason the liver cannot process these oils quickly is due to their concentration and purity. If you drink half a bottle of Lemon oil daily, it will have an affect on your liver. That is what we need to stress. It's not the oils, it's the amount we ingest. The saying goes….too much of a good thing is still too much of a good thing.😊Sent from Windows MailFrom: Patricia Leavitt

To: 'Queen 360°' via Everything essentialIt could be that your 42 year old company does not have pure oils. I have seen nothing but success with using doTerra oils aromatically, topically and Internally with no ill effects ever.I do however agree with your remark about using caution with the oils. Not that they will hurt you but in our zest for wellness we sometimes go overboard with the amount of oils we use without giving our bodies a chance to decide which one it needs.Pat--On Thu, Sep 18, 2014 at 10:02 PM, Tnttracy V <tnttracy...@gmail.com> wrote:I would just like to say please be careful with essential oils. A six year old company is saying it is ok to take essential oils orally. I have been with a 42 year old company and they continue to say it is not wise to take essential oils orally due to the likelihood of liver toxicity. You be the judge but please do your research.--
