Sorry I missed your email regarding oils during pregnancy.
I would suggest the oils as a viable health source even when pregnant. The only oil we ever suggest using sparingly is peppermint in the last trimester as it can have a tendency to dry up your milk. This doesn't happen to everyone but just a heads up on it.

I'm going to be buying the essential oils for pregnancy book from amazon soon, since no one can give me a definitive answer.
