[Everything doTERRA] Re: applying oil to feet

Thanks to everyone for your quick replies! I'll try using some coconut oil on my feet before and/or with the frankincense. I might try some of the other oils you suggested for sleep too... I think I have some lavendar around, and I'd like to try some others. I've heard switching up the oils can be helpful anyway, instead of always using the same thing.

My feet are also dry so I put a little of the unscented lotion from doterra in my palm then add whatever oil I'm using rub together a little and apply to my feet. Then I massage it in a bit. My husband loves it when I do this for him. And like Pat said Serenity is great for sleep. It's what I use only hubby and self. I also take a capsule with about 5 drops of clary Sage before bed. The two together help me stay asleep and go back if I wake to use the bathroom in the night. I'm old enough that my hormones are lower with menopause so I wonder if the Clary Sage may be balancing them for me.
