Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: ebola - what oils should we have on hand just in case?

Thank you, Pat and Dr. Lawton! <3 I'll be sharing this with my team, as well as in my classes.

We are all concerned about the level of virus's coming into our country; I suggest that we have no fear for something that is out of our control. We have all been taught how to keep our body in perfect condition. Sugar is an anchor for virus in the system. So my first suggestion is to refrain from sugar and carbohydrates. We need to keep our bodies strong to give us a better chance of surviving whatever comes our way.

   1) Build up your nutritional stamina with LLV or also known as Super Food! This is vital!

   2) Do the thirty days cleanse at least quarterly

   3) Continue to use the essential oils daily for your personal needs.

   4) Clean up your diet, refrain from sugars it will change your life

If you are compromised and feel you have been exposed to any kind of virulent disease this would be my suggestion to you:

    * Begin drinking up to eight glasses of water with at least 2-3 drops of lemon to hydrate and flush toxins.

*Every waking hour you should alternate OnGuard and DDR Prime gel cap. This works well for our young people (18-49) If you are a bit older then apply the OnGuard on the bottom of your feet and the DDR Prime internally.

    * Place 1-2 drops of Melissa on your thumb and press to the roof of the mouth at least three times a day.

    * Apply balance and frankincense to the bottom of the feet at least twice a day

I am going to repeat this suggestion to you. Clean up your diet, get rid of all sugars and carbs. If you truly want to set an example of proper health start now, you have no more choices.

A special thanks to Dr. Sue Lawton for her suggestions regarding this protocol.
