[Everything doTERRA] Re: applying oil to feet

I always like to use Fractionated Coconut oil when my feet are dry. It helps moisturize my feet and it doesn't allow the Essential oils to evaporate as quickly.

I apply frankincense on the bottom of my feet at night to help me sleep. But my feet tend to be dry, so I'm wondering if I'm wasting it. Does some of it end up just moisturizing my skin rather than getting into my system? It does seem to help with sleep, but would it help more if I applied it some other way? It isn't cheap! Any help is much appreciated.
