Try diluting it with FCOil. You don't need a lot to do the job

Has anyone experienced developing a rash or hives from immortelle? I've recently started using it around my eyes and every time I use it I get a rash or hives all over my neck. It itches like crazy.  I don't see how using something on my face would cause a reaction on my neck, but its the only thing different that I've done.
