[Everything doTERRA] Re: Deep Blue and Warfarin

I might be wrong, but in my opinion, after having visited with Dr. Hill and others about this very thing, the oils act differently in the body.  They are out of the food matrix.  PLUS they are PURE.  So, no I would not have a problem using them, even wintergreen, with blood thinners.  The caution and problem comes into play when you are using some that aren't a true wintergreen.  Chime in here, I could be wrong, Pat would probably answer better.

Hi.  Deep Blue is used in the AromaTouch Technique and one of my team asked if the Wintergreen in the Deep Blue would affect anyone receiving the treatment who is on Warfarin.  I believe that Wintergreen is banned by the International Federation of Aromatherapists and the Federation of Holistic Therapistsfor and I wondered if anyone has any information or guidance on this.  I use the ATT on friends and family but my team member is an Aromatherapist, is recently Certified in the ATT, and would like to use the ATT in her Salon however she has issues with the use of Wintergreen.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.
