I keep reading this about blends, but I still don't get it! If I layer frank, sandalwood and wintergreen in that order or put two drops of each in the palm of my hand in that order, or mix equal amounts in a bottle in the same order how can it be any different? I am probably just being stubborn about it and have never actually tried doing the above, but it would sure be less time consuming! Sz

Blending always sounds easier and is very appealing, however, if the people you are getting your blends from, and if you yourself, don't have knowledge and education in the act of blending, it is better to layer your oils.  Blending is a true science.  If you have been to conference you have seen that when they, for example, blend peppermint, lavender, melaleuca and lemon together, same amounts, and even put them in in a different order, it changes the whole constituents of the oil.  It changes everything.  Now, I am not going to say none of the blends work, they might work, but some of the oils are "low notes" some "mid notes" and some "high notes" and your blend, to be the most beneficial needs to have certain percentages of each of those levels, which is why I am so very glad doterra does that for us.  Just a word before anyone makes up a bunch of blends.  A lot of people wonder why they are not getting great results, but when you blend them together, if not done in the proper ratio, and in the correct order, it changes things drastically.  Be sure to watch for those slides at conference and it will make more sense.

Hi everyone. I hope all are well and healthy. May you please share some of your blends that you use in a 10ml roller bottle. I know it depends on what the blend is use for therefore, I am looking for a blend for energy, sleeping, focus, allergies etc. The amount of drops and the carrier oil used would be helpful. I just mentioned some issues from the top of my head but whatever blends you have or have used and it work please share with me as I am planning to order roller bottles soon hopefully. Great Day all!
