Hi Penni, I know we talked about this the other day, but I would feel safe with onguard/oregano/and /or Melissa. Those are the 3 I would not be without during this time. I would use onguard for preventative-and you can call me and we can go over this again if you need to, and I would have oregano and Melissa on hand for anything that comes down the pike. Oregano is awesome, but Melissa is the "big gun" as well for some of the really hard to hit virus and bacteria stuff. Hope that helps. Brenda
