[Everything doTERRA] Terrazyme ingredients

I'm posting this for a client that is interested in doTERRA's Terrazyme:

How is it that doTERRA's Terrazyme supplement has much higher (astoundingly) amounts of its active ingredients (such as protease) than other products on the market? Wouldn't the larger amounts be just as likely to harm as too little is to do no good at all?

Is there some knowledgeable person out there who can answer this question definitively?  I've already sent her a dozen wonderful testimonials, etc.

Thanks!
