Once I started using magnesium lotion I have a lot less cramping. My calves, shins and arch in my feet take turns. My husband has to get a damp hot small towel for my to stand on when my feet cramp or I am in severe pain for about am hour. Clary sage helps but not when they get so bad at times. Drinking water with lemon seems to help also since I notice it more when I stop adding lemon to my water.
