The Modern Essentials is a good resource, as mentioned.  Also, doTerra's testing process is thorough.  That could be a good resource for needed proof.  Modern essentials and the thorough (which includes independent) testing may give you what you need to find your own voice on that topic.  Also, perhaps you could contact the products department at doTerra or someone who is well-learned in doTerra in your line of IPC's.  Blessings on your class.

I don't want to start a debate about the law suits and the quality of doTERRA oils.  I am a 100% believer and I trust the company I represent.  I have complete faith in doTERRA and the executive decisions that are made.  However, I have a class on Saturday, and the host was asked to provide information that day as to the content of doTERRA's lavender, specifically if it contains vanillin.  Is there some viable source that I can share with them?  How do you suggest I answer that question?  I want something to back up what I tell her so she doesn't think I am "covering" anything up.  She also wants detailed information about how doTERRA's oils are made.
