Thanks Ruth. Have had some Internet connection problems, so this is great. At least I know it wasn't some non food substance...lol. I have developed a cold, and it's probably because the stuff got in my lungs and is trying to get out...oils are helping somewhat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank all.

Hello, I have been cleaning out my spice
cabinets, where I keep my oils, and supplements. I think I inhaled some
arrowheadroot. Does anyone know what that is? I know it was organic cause I
used it to make my deodorant. But I'm getting a headache. I also took some On
Guard, diffusing that now and peppermint beadletts. I didnt inhale much, but
the baggie was open when I grabbed it and it fell all over. Any ideas...should

lobelia is fabulous for lung issues. in a tinture
oils that jave helped me are
placing breathe on your feet or perhaps digestzen on the feet then place
hot wet socks over them and then several pairs of dry socks before bed
so they are layered oils, hot wet (well rung out) cottons socks over
feet then 3 or so pairs of dry socks over the top, take a nap or go to
bed
also oils placed on sternum, spine and axilary points (arm pits) can
open things up and help you purge that
it has worked in my experience.
Hope it helps

Oh, thanks Kathy. That eases my mind. I did get a sore throat. Trying to combat that now. Don't know if it's related or just coincidental. Thanks for letting me know. Appreciate it. I can't imagine what bakers go through breathing in flour all the time. I diffused On Guard taking peppermint beadletts. It helps a little. Thanks again.

I have been taking them since before my pregnancy and had no problems with
nursing (sitll going at 4 months). You could always start with a half does
and see if it has any negative effect (you can have fennel and basil at the
ready to counteract if your supply goes down). Then go form there. Good
luck.

My midwife said they were great and that is what I used through my
pregnancy with no issues (my little one is 4 months old now). I didn't need
anything else either. Just run it by your provider to make sure they are
okay with it.

I would consider layering marjoram, ylang ylang, helichyrsum, and lemon twice daily, over the heart area. All excellent heart healthy oils, that should strengthen and repair the heart muscle.

I recently read this article by Dr. Mercola:
http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2013/06/25/glyphosate-residue.aspx
In it is this quote:
"The researchers concluded that glyphosate is a xenoestrogen that is functionally similar to estradiol, the most potent human estrogen, and concentrations in the parts-per-trillion range had carcinogenic effects. Adding insult to injury—in light of the fact that more than 90 percent of soybeans grown in the US are genetically engineered (GE)—they also found that the phytoestrogen genistein, naturally found in soybeans, heightened the estrogenic effects when combined with glyphosate. "
The doTERRA Women's phytoestrogen complex has genistein in it. I wonder now if it's a good supplement to take? What are the alternatives for increasing my intake of phytoestrogens to combat xenoestrogens?

Not sure who or what your referencing. With nothing further to go on. I take it to mean torso or mid section. Ie: I believe I may have used this terminology when talking about what Emily Wright has said when talking about using Balance with rashes to calm Candita.
Our core muscles are stomach muscles. That mid- section. That's my best guess without context.

possibilities to minister to my family. Blessings and honor for your hard

I don't know if this will help or not, but we use molybednum to help bring
ammonia levels down. We use it 30 minutes prior to eating because foods
are causing high ammonia levels in our boys. Makes a huge difference.
Good luck!

I know Clary Sage, Geranium, and Sandalwood are said to help with low testosterone. Here is a protocol with what you can try.
Add 1-2 drops of Sandalwood to 1 Tablespoon of FCO and apply topically to testicles and bottoms of feet. Same procedure can be used with Clary Sage or Geranium. Also consider diffusing these oils or using other inhalation techniques.

I am not a rep yet, but am hoping to sign soon. My question is what oil helps with low libido, low sex drive? My husband is 56 and is struggling. We know it is a low testosterone issue and don't want to go the RX route because of the side effects. Can anyone suggest oils that will help.

Is it a bad idea for a nursing mom to go through a detox? would toxins get
in to breast milk?
Thanks
