Hi Jan! I also use arrowroot powder in my home made deodorant and camping
"dry shampoo". I have gotten it in my lungs as well, and sitting outside in
the fresh air and taking an "allergy shot" of LLP helped me! :)

Oh, thanks Kathy. That eases my mind. I did get a sore throat. Trying to combat that now. Don't know if it's related or just coincidental. Thanks for letting me know. Appreciate it. I can't imagine what bakers go through breathing in flour all the time. I diffused On Guard taking peppermint beadletts. It helps a little. Thanks again.

Hello, I have been cleaning out my spice cabinets, where I keep my oils, and supplements. I think I inhaled some arrowheadroot. Does anyone know what that is? I know it was organic cause I used it to make my deodorant. But I'm getting a headache. I also took some On Guard, diffusing that now and peppermint beadletts. I didnt inhale much, but the baggie was open when I grabbed it and it fell all over. Any ideas...should I call Poisen Control? Kind of worried here.

I have been taking them since before my pregnancy and had no problems with
nursing (sitll going at 4 months). You could always start with a half does
and see if it has any negative effect (you can have fennel and basil at the
ready to counteract if your supply goes down). Then go form there. Good
    luck.

My midwife said they were great and that is what I used through my
pregnancy with no issues (my little one is 4 months old now). I didn't need
anything else either. Just run it by your provider to make sure they are
    okay with it.

We had them really bad here is a site that we used to help and the traps
they talk about we ordered on amazon and they worked wonders. But follow
    the directions very carefully.

I was so upset when I read the label on my toothpaste. I had NO idea it had
carageenan in it! I ended up throwing it out. I hope doTERRA will change
    their formula soon!

I recently read this article by Dr. Mercola:
    http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2013/06/25/glyphosate-residue.aspx

    In it is this quote:
"The researchers concluded that glyphosate is a xenoestrogen that is functionally similar to estradiol, the most potent human estrogen, and concentrations in the parts-per-trillion range had carcinogenic effects. Adding insult to injury—in light of the fact that more than 90 percent of soybeans grown in the US are genetically engineered (GE)—they also found that the phytoestrogen genistein, naturally found in soybeans, heightened the estrogenic effects when combined with glyphosate. "

The doTERRA Women's phytoestrogen complex has genistein in it. I wonder now if it's a good supplement to take? What are the alternatives for increasing my intake of phytoestrogens to combat xenoestrogens?

Not sure who or what your referencing. With nothing further to go on. I take it to mean torso or mid section. Ie: I believe I may have used this terminology when talking about what Emily Wright has said when talking about using Balance with rashes to calm Candita.
Our core muscles are stomach muscles. That mid- section. That's my best guess without context.

I take Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint in a veggie cap 3x daily. It's an antihistamine and helps with inflammation. The difference has been amazing. I also take the S&S in a cap daily.

Helichrysum in my opinion is the best for this.

Helichrsm & White Fir together work amazing for broken bones. It also reduces the pain and inflammation. We have seen this duo in action and its impressive.

    Deborah,
How can I get in touch with you? I have an 8 year old grandson who could
greatly benefit from Peaceful Child. I just joined doTERRA last week. I
have tiny vials of lavendar, frankincense, peppermint and citrus while I
wait for my Family Physician kit to arrive. Excited about the
possibilities to minister to my family. Blessings and honor for your hard
work. I was also in your shoes once upon a time as a single mom ...

Thank you all so much! This is really helpful information! I plan on
talking to her daughter and get her to understand what I'm trying to do and
then talk to her husband about trying some samples. So many doctors and no
    answers yet.

Thank you Pat, I really appreciate your response. At the time I posted
this I didn't realize she was already scheduled for surgery in 2 weeks...
looks like all this may have to wait until after surgery now, but hopefully
we can help prevent it from coming back again... thanks again!!

I don't know if this will help or not, but we use molybednum to help bring
ammonia levels down. We use it 30 minutes prior to eating because foods
are causing high ammonia levels in our boys. Makes a huge difference.
    Good luck!

Is it a bad idea for a nursing mom to go through a detox? would toxins get

    Thanks

I will do that. I figured out it must have been too much too fast. Thank
