Your body can't adsorb Calcium, Magnesium, or Potassium while your on the steroid.  We need to build these back up in our bodies.

I'd also go with Lemon or Grapefruit in water. Zendrocrine oil apply over the liver.  We have also seen quick effects for a punchy liver applying Myrrh to it. There is also the Zendocrine pill that might be helpful as as it cleans that liver & the rest of your filters.

That is what I would try plus Frankincense under the tongue. DDR prime might be a quick help as well.
