[Everything doTERRA] Success story about receeding gums

My dentist informed me 18 months ago that my gums were receeding, and I'd have to see a specialist to do something about it if it didn't stop. I started using On Guard toothpaste, and then used a rubber tipped thingie and put On Guard oil on my floss and flossed  with it. Then I went around my gums with the rubber tip dipped in On Guard.  Six months later I was holding my own and had a little improvement. I stopped using the rubber tip thingie (too much work!) and just used the toothpaste and floss coated with On Guard; at my next visit my gums were good.  I just had my third check-up, and they said my gums were very healthy and tight!! Totally normal.  I am sooo happy to not have to get gum grafting (ouch, very painful!).
