gluten and casein (milk protein) for 4 years from age 3 to 7 -- he's now 19 and self regulates -- glutens don't bother him, but caseins do... when he was small, tho' anything, like playing in a bin I thought was grass seed but turned out to be wheat grains he was a mass of hives until I got some apis into him... along with a papaya enzyme I no longer remember the exact name of..
