diffusion is GREAT because the Ol Factory nerve in the nose is directly connected to the amygdala in the brain. The amydala (Not sure if I am spelling that right) stores trauma, is responsable for our "flight and fight" response, and is responsible for our judgments and decisions. Diffusion works FAST. Dr. Hill said at the convention that will all the research going on about citrus oils and depression, anyone with depression should be diffusing citrus oils EVERY SINGLE DAY in their home.!
