If you feel your receiving undesirable detoxing effects after an AromaTouch then you may not be drinking enough water. Always up your normal water intake after AromTouch. It releases things you need to flush. In saying that. Is it possable the sore on your knee is from something else & you were looking for an issue after the AromaTouch? It could just be a sore on your knee from something. I'd treat it with the oil I deemed appropriate and drink water.
