I feel like they will then think oh great she is just trying to sell me something.Just not sure how to handle this????  I totally felt that at first, too.  But, then I heard someone explain the why behind doTERRA's decision to follow a MLM business model.  Makes sense...  doTERRA could have easily chosen to spend millions or even billions on marketing and advertising and just put their products on a shelf to be sold.  But, doTERRA knows the importance of educating people about our products.  We don't want people to buy from us and not know how to use them.  doTERRA decided that network marketing or a MLM model would compensate those of us who share and teach.  And, when you look at what I do, I am never just trying to "sell someone an oil".  I'm ALWAYS encouraging them to come to a class.  This is because I want them to hear about how my life is different because of the oils. I want them to see and smell and experience the difference. I want them to learn how to use them and then, if they've heard something that they like or about an oil that will help heal them in some way, they can get a membership and buy from themselves.  That's why I choose to not carry inventory.  I want to educate and empower.  I share.  I teach.  I am compensated...and therefore I can share and teach more.  :)
