Or I would switch to pumping the milk and bottle feeding as well. Get a good stock of milk, use the solace, feed with the overstock while the solace does its thing. Then after 12-24 hours pump and/or breastfeed again. Rinse repeat as needed. That way you aren't risking exposing your child to whatever is in the solace that makes you feel great, but undoubtedly isn't meant for a baby. My sister did a mixture of pumping and breastfeeding so that she didn't always have to breastfeed at awkward moments. Her son got the hang of it pretty quickly and then she was able to do what she needed to without worrying about breastfeeding every couple hours.--
