[Everything doTERRA] Oil Pulling

Will oil pulling with FCO cause drains to clog if expelled in drain or is that just with Virgin CoconutOil?  

Also, how often do you switch which essential oil to use?  Once a week, every other day?  Or does it just depend on your individual health?
