Need more information. Did he apply an oil to his lips or drink some oil in water? How has he used doTerra and what oils that you suspect it is he problem? I've never heard on swell lips that were not from a contact dermal irritant.
Honestly TacoBell could have caused it. The ingredients aren't exactly pure.
