Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: migraines with sensitivity to smell

I haven't tried PastTense, but I would love to.  I use a few drops of Peppermint on the back of my neck and the residue applied to my stomach since my migraines make me sick.  I reapply Peppermint about every 15 min until it goes away.  Sometimes I also use White Fir on the back of my neck instead of or with Peppermint.  Also, I think diffusing Wild Orange is soothing.

Niki,
I have started suffering from migraines in the last year or so.  I
just found a
combination of oils that worked for me along with a scalp massage just
two days ago.  I too had trouble finding a good blend (PastTense
worked
for a regular headache, but not my migraines).  I have posted a long
explanation of my experience on a new blog I just started...take a
peak, it's too
long to post here.....

migraine post).
Good luck finding the "right combination"!

This is a great topic. I suffer from migraines as well and have been
trying to treat them with the oils. I am making some changes in my
diet too to see if it makes a difference.

I am not sensitive to smell, but rainy and windy days tend to set me
off along with my hormonal changes.

Emily...would you please share what oils you use to treat your
migraines and the protocol that you use? I have been given some
suggestions, but I haven't found the right combination yet. Thanks
for
 being willing to share!
