I use about 5 or 6 drops in a BIG glass of water and have at least 4 to 6 glasses a day - I switch off when my bottle of lemon is gone I use a bottle of slim and sassy then switch back to lemon.

The most compliments I've had when diffusing oils in my home is when I diffuse lemon!
