I think I remember in Dr. Susan Lawton's conference call on white fir on the doterra success map site, that she said it was good for cartilage regrowth. I can't remember the exact protocol but it is probably on the info sheet. Go to everythingdoterra.com and click on the doterra success map link. Then its listed in the conference calls under the webinars tab.
