Re: [Everything doTERRA] Brain Storm, Please!

I'm not quite sure what you mean by sponsored quite a bit. If you
mean you are placing people underneath others while keeping the
enrollment, that is all I do. I never leave anyone on my frontline, ever
and won't again until I am working on Platinum. I think one of the
hardest things is to keep people off that frontline because we always
worry we'll need them later when if fact that is where we need them the
least.
I'll throw out some thoughts, just keep in mind this is for
premier. I'd look at your tree and see how big it is and how solid it
is. If you have a nice looking tree already then focus on getting sales
where they need to be. Look at your summary genealogy what is your
number of active members compared to members? What is your % of active
members? I know doTerra runs at a 65%. My team is currently at 93% and
flucuates between 90-93%. I'm not sharing that to brag, just to show
that it can be done. That leads me to one of the primary rules of
retail: it is more cost effective to keep a customer than to find a new
one. How that applies to us is that it is better to have a smaller
number of IPCs under you that spend then a whole bunch of sporatic ones.
I'd seriously consider trying to develop what you have. If you haven't
already have an LLV event. Watch the videos on LLV (I recommend 5 X
each) and use the powerpoint. Once they try the vitamins, they don't
want to stop taking them and the rest gradually follows.
Your upline would probably cheerfully strangle me for saying this
but, in my opinion, I don't think premier rank is all that important.
You do get level 6 commissions but that is all you get and if you don't
have anyone on that level (and I don't know any premiers who do) then it
is just a name. I tell my builders to consintrate on building their
power of 3 then their power of 9 because that $50, then $250 goes a lot
further than the rank. Once you have your power of 9 you work on your
power of 27. Usually by the time you get a good solid power of 9 you are
at premier or headed to silver.
Lastly, it doesn't do any good to get to premier if you have to
kill yourself to stay at premier. You still have to hit those numbers
every month. When rank starts to matter is when you are trying for
silver then the whole game changes. If it makes you feel any better I am
in the same boat. I am $1340 away from my next goal and it is unlikely
that it will happen with my schedule.
If for some reason you are already at your power of 9 and
struggling for contacts, look at businesses. Spas, Hair salons,
manicurists, daycares, preschools, even animal boarding facilities. A
diffuser with purify goes a long way to businesses with odor issues,
onguard for high germ spreading areas and people love to be massaged
with citrus bliss when they get a mani/pedi. I have one of those plastic
expanding files 3x5 with little sample vials. Hand them and your
business card out when you see someone with a cold, headache, etc. I
always keep Balance because it is one of my secret weapons, but keep
samples of what you love and use the most. What you are passionate about
is what will be your secret weapon.

Ok all you gurus! I'm at the end of the month and for the FOURTH month in a row, I am only $1000 from Premiere. This is ANNOYING! I've even sponsored quite a bit, my sales are still down, though coming up again. So ideas on contacts? I am struggling for new contacts as I haven't lived here long. But this ends this month. A week is plenty of time! So I'm asking for ideas....
